FOR STRESS AND PAIN MANAGEMENT
Summer is part of a set of four healing albums designed to help you to reduce the stress of daily life in this hectic and unpredictable world, and to relieve and manage tension and pain. As you listen to these healing programs on a daily basis you can train your body to let go and relax deeply, thereby releasing muscle tension, discomfort, and mental fatigue. Regular relaxations practice can:
release muscle tension and pain
lower blood pressure
boost the immure system
reduce stress and anxiety
better manage emotional reactions such as anxiety, anger, and grief
create a sense of inner peace and harmony, and enhance creativity
This clinical relaxation program is based on an integration of deep relaxation techniques, guided imagery, hypnosis and the principles of Chinese Medicine.
