I was asked to write a song that even kids could understand about what God is, what I am, and how we are both different and the same. It took a while, but somehow being in New Orleans on Superbowl Sunday did the trick. Long story. Anyhoo, here’s the lyrics for this simple verse/chorus chant: Chorus You are the earth the moon, the sun you are the life in everyone you are in me and we are one and with these words I take your hand I am Verse What I feel about what I do that isn’t you and what I say about what I see that’s up to me and I affirm I have the choice to live and learn to hear your voice
