The empower Music Festival runs Sept 22-26, 2025
If possible, make your travel plans to arrive by 3pm Monday Sept 22 and to depart anytime Friday Sept 26. You would fly into the Kansas City airport.
We have a Facebook group to connect you with folks wanting to share rides to the Village. We will automatically send you an invite to that group once you register (unless you’re already a member from last year.)
This registration includes all workshops, concerts, and the pajama jams. Each hotel provides breakfast, and your registration includes Monday dinner as well as lunch and dinner (including the banquet) on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
