About Me
We’ve been a duet – Barb & Jeanne – as been best friends, business partners, backpacking buddies and singer / songwriters for almost 20 years. As The JaJa’s (sounds like “yah-yahs”) we have a passion for writing music that makes a difference in the world. Inspired by many Posi-Award nominees and winners, we just finished our fourth CD, “On the Edge”, a high-energy mix of R&B, pop and folksy songs packed with positive messages. We received an Honorable Mention in the 9th Annual Posi Awards for “I Am a Ray of Hope”, and are regular writers for the Songs of Love Foundation, as inspired by 2015 Grace Note recipient David Roth. During our live performances, we springboard off our friendship and enjoy splashing into the pure presence of Spirit.
