About Me
27 years in recovery, 30 plus years drumming. I offer workshops to identify the super hero inside each of us using the drum circle metaphor. High energy, exciting workshops, using simple methods to identify truths that never fail, and how to use these truths to empower ourselves to be all we came here to be. Once we build an awareness of our super powers (principles) and how we are already using them in our lives, it becomes easier to develop them and share them with others.

My Interests
Working with all age levels but especially children to help them identify and use the super powers they were born with and learn to identify with who they really are and not who they “think” they are.
