Licensee Quarterly Reporting

Churches/Licensees please use the online form to submit your quarterly reports.  You can fill out the report each month if that is easier for you to keep track of.  The reports are how we provide the song writers and publishers the recognition and compensation they deserve.

Being recognized for the music that churches are using also encourages the songwriter to keep creating music of that type.  It’s very important to report your song uses.

• The report auto saves and will come to me.
• Due quarterly no later than April 14th, July 14th, October 14th, and January 14th for the prior quarter.
