About Me
Daniel Kepel (pronounced Kay-Pull) is a singer-songwriter, violinist, teacher, and healer with a passion for positive music. He has been compared to Josh Groban, Michael Buble’, and George Harrison. Originally from London, England, he currently serves as Minister of Music at Unity in the Seven Hills in Lynchburg, VA. He teaches violin, viola, and voice from his private music studio at the University of Lynchburg, and he is an adjunct instructor at Sweet Briar College in Amherst, VA. Daniel leads music most Sunday mornings and meditation services during the week at his home church.
On the road and at home, he has played with nationally touring, award-winning artists. Daniel wrote and recorded his first CD of eclectic, positive music called, “Positively Egglectic”. His second recording project, Break Me Open Wide, was released in December of 2019, and his newest album, Stand Up Sing Out is due to be released this spring. He travels sharing his positive music and meditation at churches, house concerts, retreats, listening venues, and more.
Always a student, Daniel thrives on learning, growing and expanding his consciousness. He is trained in Reiki, Breath and Energy Restructure, studies with a Shaman, and works with a life coach. He resides with his wife Paula in Lynchburg, VA. Please visit his website danielkepelmusic.com.
